Ⅰ. How Confirm Order ?

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation email of your order with the title “[ASIC Miner World]: New order #*****”. Your order will only be accepted by us. We will send you exactly what you ordered. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which are not included in the confirmation order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted the order. We may cancel your order in the following situations:

  • Your payment is incomplete.
  • Your purchase quantity exceeds the purchase limit.
  • You purchased an invalid product. (E.g. payment for a mock link)

Ⅱ. Delivery Services

Delivery will only be arranged after the order is fully paid. Delivery services are provided by third parties such as DHL , USPS , FedEx and GLOBAL Express.

1. The date of shipment: The estimated delivery time will be announced on the shop details page.

  • The shipment time is only an estimate. We will notify you of the exact delivery time by email.
  • *Shipment Time:* Your package will ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. DHL & USPS ship Monday-Friday and not on holidays. We ship FEDEX Mon-Sat. We will mail FEDEX packages the same day if you send us payment before 2pm EST.
  • It will take you 3-7 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number.
  • Tracking #: Tracking #’s are emailed to you after payment. They typically update slowly for the first 12-24 hours please do not be discouraged

2. Third-Party Logistics Services. We provide free shipping through third-party logistics providers. We remain fully responsible for any transportation issues that may arise, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery delays caused by congestion or queueing at logistics warehouses (we will notify you by email in such cases).
  • Any other related transportation issues.
Ⅲ. Shipment Issues

1. Taxes and Custom Dutie For deliveries to all country, shipping costs, import sales tax and customs duties are included in the price. There are no additional costs. We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to All countries except Palestine and North Korea. 2. The product has been returned. We will re-ship your order, The following situations will cause return:

  • The delivery address is incorrect.
  • The local logistics company failed to contact you.
  • In such cases, we will provide customers with the option of either a 100% refund or a replacement shipment of the product.
Ⅳ. Order Details
  • After placing an order, you may request to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.
  • If you need to specify a logistics company or declare a price, please leave a note when placing an order.
  • Products may be sent from different warehouses. If you purchase several products, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Attention! When placing an order, please ensure that all shipping information you provide in the form is correct (including postal code, full address, phone number, email, and preferred shipping agent). However, if you make a mistake, you are allowed to revise your shipping details by contacting us directly.
V. Payment Issues

1. A failed order If your order status is marked as “Failed” or “Underpaid”, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in completing the outstanding payment. We allow a tolerance of up to 5% underpayment, which means we will still help process and continue the shipment of your order.

2. Overpayment If an overpayment occurs after placing an order, rest assured that we provide a refund service. Should you pay more than the required amount, you may submit a support ticket, and our staff will assist you in resolving the issue and arranging the refund accordingly.

  • You must provide the following information: # order number; # payment voucher; and # reference code.The staff will confirm the refund information and wallet address with you.
  • Please notice, we will deduct the handling fee from the refund amount. Handling fees include: transaction fees of 1% from Coinbase. DAI, USDC, and ETH on the Ethereum chain will charge an additional gas fee of max $5.

3. Cancelled orders If you have completed the payment, but the order is not successfully generated.Please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues. You need to provide: Payment voucher; reference code; Transaction link.
